From literature, to Microsoft,
to building with AI.
I started in words, not code: a double degree in Chinese Literature and International Business, then a Master's in Social & Public Communication at the LSE. What that really trained me to do: understand people, and translate between worlds.
For 8+ years I did exactly that in the tech industry, most recently at Microsoft, as a Customer Success Account Manager trusted by C-level stakeholders, managing US$8M+ in enterprise account value with a 100% renewal rate and 75% YoY growth. I learned how enterprises adopt technology: not because of features, but because someone connects the tech to what the business actually needs.
Then I turned that conviction into a self-initiated AI business exploration: in the AI era, the scarce skill is knowing what to build, which tools to direct, and how to prove the result.
So I tested it publicly. I designed, built, and shipped a playable WeChat mini-game, plus the dashboards, automation pipelines, and AI agents that run my work. The point was not to hand-code everything. It was to turn AI tools into a repeatable delivery system.
This page is the proof. I can sit with your customers in the morning, translate business needs at noon, and ship AI-enabled evidence in the afternoon.
